Our support program provides real-time access to information as well as highly knowledgeable professionals committed to your organization’s success so you can leverage MPower to optimize your constituent relationships and fundraising.

MPower offers three levels of support, based on which of our products you choose. All products are, of course, based on the MPower open source license and available for no license fees.
MPower Open Community
MPower Open Community is available to all organizations for free. MPower provides no services or support for this offering.
MPower Open Express
MPower Open Express is for one to five concurrent seat organizations and offers an all-in-one download and install with no need for a dedicated network server, SQL, or other enterprise-level infrastructure. MPower Open Express requires paid support from MPower.
MPower Open Enterprise
MPower Open Enterprise is for organizations that need robust and sophisticated constituent relationship management software along with a complete package of support, services, and tools to ensure marketing and fundraising success. MPower Open Enterprise requires paid support from MPower.
MPower Open Hosted
MPower Open Hosted lets your organization access MPower online for a monthly hosting fee if you prefer not having to install and manage the software. Choose from two hosted options:
- Shared Hosting:Shared hosting is perfect for one- to five-user organizations. MPower hosts a dedicated database instance on a shared database server (your data would be separated from every other organization) and a shared application server.
- Dedicated Hosting: Dedicated Hosting is ideal for nonprofits with 20+ users. MPower hosts a dedicated database server and application server for your organization.
MPower Support costs $100 per month per concurrent user up to 20 users. We offer volume discounts for organizations that have more than 20 concurrent users – please contact us at freedom@mpoweropen.com for a custom quote.
