The MPower Professional Services Methodology is designed to effectively move you from your legacy system to our cutting edge Constituent Relationship Management platform as efficiently as possible.

With an extensive list of available Service offerings, we are able to tailor your current and future organizational needs with our Discovery process and ultimately deliver you an on-time, on-budget go-live. Our Product Analysts are also able to provide Custom on-site training as well as Web-based training to bring your organization up to speed as quickly as possible.

Professional Services

Whether it is Project Management, Application Training, Database Conversions, Testing, or Application Development, MPower's Professional Services Team is with you. Through each of these offerings, you are ensured to be delivered a highly successful implementation.

Product Analysts

From the initial Kick off call, your organization will be assigned a Product Analyst with an extensive background in nonprofit management. This resource will be available to you throughout the course of your project and fulfill multiple roles:

  • Analyst- Our Product Analyst will analyze your current state and transform your day to day operations into a very efficient and streamlined future state. This is initiated in our "Discovery" process.
  • Project Manager- Our Analysts are also very effective Project Managers. The most notable of these functions will be creating and managing to a Scope Document that will contain all of your Project deliverables, timing and cost.
  • Trainer- Our Analysts also serve as your Product Trainer. They are able to provide you with Custom onsite MPower Training, or deliver to you over a Web Based tool training for a very large audience within your organization.

This "all in one" resource approach allows us to give unparallel Client Satisfaction, Service and Delivery to each of our clients. It also gives us the ability to streamline our organization allowing for a much more efficient use of your organizations time and money.

MPower Customization

Once your organization has been trained on MPower we are able to customize the look and feel of the software to your organization. We do this by utilizing product codes, motivation codes, User defined codes as well as our State of the art segmentation and reporting engines built within the MPower Software.

Database Conversions

Our Database Analysts use a variety of tools to ensure the conversion of your data into MPower is very accurate and effective. Through the use of "Integrity Analysis" and "Duplicity Check" scripts we are able to validate the quality of your data prior to porting over to MPower. Once the high level analysis is completed and existing data issues have been resolved, migration and conversion scripts are used to import all corresponding data into the relevant fields in MPower.

Client Support

Our Support Organization is designed to give you the most readily available support by offering you a number of ways to communicate with us. Through a variety of tools that we offer (Client Support portals, online bug tracking, live phone support, product knowledgebase, and Client forums) we are at your fingertips when you may be in need.
