Client Quotes

“I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your team for making our conversion to MPower a success. As you are aware, IT system conversions can be highly disruptive to organizations and often lead to costly service outages resulting in the loss of customer/donor confidence. However, that was not the case for Coral Ridge thanks in large part to your professional services and development team. The conversion of our data went better than we had anticipated and key issues with integration points were rapidly assessed and addressed by Leo and his team. On conversion day, Brian, Dagi and the rest of the team were instrumental in assisting our end-user community with the transition. This outcome was the result of Dagi's and John's diligent planning to ensure we had a positive and relatively uneventful experience in the end.

Overall, I would say that our experience was highly positive and we are looking forward to a fruitful partnership with MPower in the coming years. Thank you and your team for a successful conversion.”

"We have been an MPower client for over two years. Our refresher training last month was a huge help to us. For some of our staff who were here for the implementation it served as a reminder of important features that we weren't using to their full potential - for newer staff it was key to making them really productive. All of us can agree that refresher training has renewed our excitement about this valuable tool for our organization."
