Microsoft is Coming Back

In the market place today, Apple and websites like Myspace are dominating the computer and internet world. Apple’s stock value is reaching upwards of more than $1000. This is the highest that there stock has been in a while and it is continuously growing because of the up and coming products that are constantly putting out. Recent surveys have shown that computer and internet users are moving more towards open web platforms. Microsoft is on the weaker side of market this year. They are currently trying to update their whole web platform to make it more user-friendly. They are also trying to make their platform more open like those of Apply and MySpace. By these two companies working together, they are completely dominating the web scene and making it hard for other companies to enter into the internet scene.

Although Microsoft is on the weaker side of things, there is no doubt that they are, in true style, fighting back to reclaim their place in the market. Since everything is going toward an open-source platform for all companies, Microsoft is working to make the web platform more open-source and easier access for everyone.

Microsoft is teaming up with Yahoo to work for a bigger more open platform for all the internet users. Although this is a big risk that they are taking, they are trying to broaden the spectrum for today’s type of technology.
